# Counter Trading

> Trade the opposite side of any leader.

Counter trading flips every copied trade. If your leader buys YES, you buy NO. If they buy NO, you buy YES.

## When counter trading makes sense

* A wallet with a **consistently bad** record you want to fade
* A market maker whose flow you want to take the other side of
* Stress-testing your conviction against a known bull or bear

## How to enable

    From the Copy Trade Hub, open your strategy and tap **Settings**.

  <Step title="Toggle Counter Trading on">
    Every future copied trade will flip sides automatically.

<Warning>
  Counter trading does not flip exits. If the leader sells their YES, you'll close your NO at the same time — ending your fade. Use TP/SL if you want independent exits.
